DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders placed on Monday-Friday before 12 noon GMT will be processed on the same day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day depending on availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 noon GMT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon GMT will begin processing on the following Monday.

Elevatedmindz.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS,SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Whilst we aim for orders to arrive within two working days, please be aware that this could sometimes be between 3-5 working days. If you are not present when delivery is made,  a card with your tracking number will be left at your residence enabling you to collect your order from your local depot.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return all undamaged items within 14 days of the order date. Please note any product purchased under the sale option cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Elevated Mindz will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
